Designed to help you make better days
DayErly combines routines, goals, tasks, reminders and progress tracking into one experience, so consistency doesn't depend on remembering to be consistent.
Our purpose
Most productivity tools are good at capturing what you need to do. Far fewer help with the harder part: doing it again tomorrow, and the day after.
DayErly is built around routines rather than lists. A to-do list resets to empty every day. A routine is the shape of your day — and shape is what makes something repeatable.
What DayErly helps with
- Turning a goal into daily actions instead of an intention you revisit occasionally
- Keeping routines visible at the moment they're meant to happen
- Seeing consistency over weeks, not just what's left today
- Getting back on track after a day that didn't go to plan
Our approach
Three ideas shape most of the decisions in the app.
Consistency over perfection. Streaks in DayErly don't require a flawless day. Doing most of your routine, most days, for a year is worth more than a perfect month that collapses — so the app is built to survive an off day rather than punish it.
Small enough to keep. Ready-made routines are deliberately short. A routine you can complete on a busy, tired day is one you'll still have next month.
Encouragement, not pressure. When you miss a day, DayErly says so plainly and moves on. Guilt is not a feature.
Meet Dayo
Dayo is the fluffy blue character who lives in the app, with an orange crest, a backpack, and the same chevron on his belly as the DayErly icon. He's there for the same reason as everything else in DayErly: encouragement lands better from someone than from a notification.
His lines follow the rule the rest of the app follows. Say what happened plainly, then move on. He cheers when you finish and notices when a routine slips, but he won't make a missed day feel like a failure.
Privacy and trust
Your routines, goals and tasks are yours. DayErly stores what it needs to make the app work and to sync your data to your account, and nothing about your content is sold.
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. What that removes is set out on the account and data deletion page, and the full detail is in the privacy policy.
Future vision
DayErly is continuously evolving. Our goal is to make personal productivity simpler, more intentional, and more motivating.
We'd rather add fewer things and have them work well. If something in the app isn't earning its place, we'd like to hear about it — get in touch.
Say hello
Dayo, in a few moods
He has more than a dozen expressions in the app. Here are a few of them.
Hello! Ready when you are.
