Delete your DayErly account
You can delete your account from inside the app. This page explains what happens and what to do first.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no recovery period and no way for support to restore an account once it has been deleted.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your DayErly account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. If you delete your account without cancelling, billing continues.
Cancel through the platform where you bought it, then come back and delete your account. Instructions are on the subscription & billing page.
How to delete your account
- Open DayErly
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Select Delete account
- Confirm when prompted
For security, you'll be asked to confirm who you are before the deletion completes — with your password, or by signing in again with Apple or Google if that's how you use DayErly.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your account and the data associated with it, which may include:
- Your account and profile information
- Routines and their activities
- Goals and milestones
- Tasks and calendar items
- Completion history, streaks and achievements
- App preferences stored against your account
Data stored only on your device is removed when the account is deleted or when you uninstall the app.
What may be kept
Some records may be retained where we're required to keep them — for example, transaction records held for tax or accounting purposes. These are kept only as long as necessary and are covered in the privacy policy.
Purchase records held by Apple or Google are governed by their policies, not ours.
