How premium access, renewals, cancellation and refunds work.
Premium features
DayErly is free to download and use. The free plan includes up to five active tasks, routines and goals. DayErly Pro removes those limits and adds analytics and progress, voice capture, smart suggestions, a monthly allowance of streak freezes, and no ads. See the plans page for the full comparison. The plans available to you, and their prices in your local currency, are shown inside the app — prices aren't listed here because they vary by region and change over time.
How purchases are processed
Purchases are handled by the platform you're using — the Apple App Store on iPhone and iPad, or Google Play on Android. DayErly never sees or stores your payment card details.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
Managing your subscription
You can view, change or cancel your subscription at any time through the store you bought it from.

On iPhone or iPad
Open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then DayErly.
On Android
Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Cancelling stops the next renewal — it doesn't end access immediately. You keep premium features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store that processed the payment, under their policies. DayErly cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play.
For Apple purchases, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use the Play Store's order history. If you're not sure which applies, email us and we'll point you the right way.
Restoring a purchase
If you reinstall the app or sign in on another device, use Restore purchases in the app's settings. Your subscription is tied to the account you bought it with, so make sure you're signed in with the same one.
Deleting your account
Deleting your DayErly account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel through the store first, then delete your account. See account & data deletion.
