1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading or using DayErly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.

DayErly is operated by [DayErly].

2. Using DayErly

DayErly is a personal productivity app. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with these terms and applicable law.

You agree not to interfere with the app's operation, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, reverse engineer the app except where the law permits it, or use it to break the law.

3. Your account

You need an account to sync your data. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Give accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you think your account has been compromised.

4. Your content

Your routines, goals, tasks and notes remain yours. We claim no ownership over them.

You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the service — to store your content, sync it to your devices, and back it up. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell it.

You're responsible for what you put into the app, and for having the right to store it.

5. Subscriptions and in-app purchases

DayErly is free to download. Some features require a paid subscription.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency. They may vary by region and change over time; any change applies from your next renewal, not retroactively.

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your store account is charged within 24 hours of the period ending.

Cancellation

Cancel any time through the App Store or Google Play. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their policies. We can't issue refunds for store purchases directly.

6. Store billing

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to that platform's terms. Where their terms conflict with ours for a purchase they processed, theirs apply to that transaction.

7. Intellectual property

The DayErly app, name, logo, design and content — other than your own content — belong to [DayErly] and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms don't transfer any of those rights to you.

8. Third-party services

DayErly relies on third-party services including Firebase, RevenueCat and Google AdMob. Their availability isn't within our control, and their own terms apply to their services.

9. Availability

We aim to keep DayErly available and working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

10. Disclaimer

DayErly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

DayErly is a productivity tool, not medical, psychological or professional advice. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it makes no promise about health outcomes, habit formation or productivity results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [DayErly] is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of DayErly.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations — in which case they don't apply to you.

12. Termination

You can stop using DayErly at any time and delete your account from Settings.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top shows the last revision. Continuing to use DayErly after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [India], without regard to conflict of law rules.
